SnapDraw terms.

SnapDraw is made and sold by Youngmi Jang (“we”). Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which resells SnapDraw as the Merchant of Record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and license key. Polar’s terms of service also apply to your purchase.

SnapDraw costs $4.99, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Sales tax or VAT is worked out at checkout from where you live.

You can use every feature free for 7 days, with no account and no card. When the trial ends, starting a new capture opens the License window instead, until you enter a license key. Snaps already on your screen keep working.

A purchase gives you a personal license to use SnapDraw on up to 3 Macs at a time. To move it, deactivate it on one Mac and enter the key on another. Please don’t share or resell your key, and don’t try to get around the license check.

Updates we release for SnapDraw work with the same key.

If SnapDraw doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back in full. Email one@ashsoft.us from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt email. Polar sends the money back to the card or account you paid with.

A refunded license key stops working. The app removes it the next time it checks the key, which is about once a week.

SnapDraw is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it is free of bugs or that it will work with every future system update.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for SnapDraw is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

If we change these terms, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in place on the day you bought apply to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
